I just hate holidays.. not completely but I don't like it. I'm working in a hotel as a waiter.. so I'll be working every single day and on the 31st too.. happy new year.. It's been 6 years now that I'm working there.. as a student. I'm still looking for a real job, been 3 months now that I graduated from business admin... So I won't see my friends during holidays, won't go out.. same shit every years.

I guess I didn't explained my point very well..

If the person is really suicidal.. you have to get back to him/her. If it's just a menace to get you back... run away. This is what I mean by that. Like Aazealh said.. depends on the context.

You are funny handsome rakshas ! Hahaha ! It's just that I remember talking about that with my parents because something like that happened to someone near us.. but he was just treatening the girl.. he was not suicidal.

If the person is really suicidal, you have to confort them and stuff.. but if the relationship is over.. it should remain over.. if not.. it's like a prison.

I just hope you guys understang what I meant now !

Hahhaha I'm still laughing about you concluding I'm from Canada just by what I said.. really funny.

My parents always tells my that we are not responsible for other's life.. meaning that if someone is treatening you to commit suicide because of you.. you can't be responsible wheter he lives or not. How can he think you will love him again by doing this ? I guess it's just pushing you away more.

It's just my opinion, I'm not in this situation so I can't tell...

You should... in Europe, they also have trouble with the snow.. and the eternal snow are melting.. global warming is a true fact.. not a myth.. and I think it's getting faster and faster.. exponentially.. We went from a shitload of snow to nothing in only a couple of years.. I'm 24, and I remember when I was young.. there was snow over the windows ! Now nothing.. we just had half an inch this morning..

Usually, in this time of year, we have a couple feets of snow where I live (In Canada, Quebec, Sherbrooke.. just across Vermont's boarder)... and this year.. we are still seeing grass and the ski resorts have difficulties to make artificial snow because it's too warm.

Mother Nature is all messed up because she sniffed too much greenhouse gaz (is it the proper term ?).

Merci !!

I heard today that the girl (Anastasia De Sousa) that died that day was killed by that crazy dude because she looked too happy.. he's f*cking insane, i'm glad he's dead.

Here's some pictures of the guy linked from the news web site I was talking about in my previous post. Like you can see, those pictures were on the blog of Kimveer Gill hosted on vampirefreaks.com

I was looking at the 2 firsts pictures.. and hell.. it's the only ones not looking like they where taken by a webcam.. who's the f*in asshole who took these pictures ?

Edit : I just read the news from today and there's a 15 year old dude that as been arrested for saying on vampirefreaks.com that Kimveer Gill can't shoot and he won't miss like Gill did and he would die like Gill did...

Article in french

Wow.. what a beautifull world that we live in..

You guys talked a little bit about Olivier. Do you guys have any news from him ? I guess that when he left sk.net he never came back... I'm feeling nostalgic about old times when he used to post here... I don't come very often since a little bit after that time...

Guts is not big, in my mind. He's got power for his mass. Just look at the strongest guys in the world, they are big ! We can't see their abs tho.. If ou want too look like him, I think you should get some weight (muscles not fat) and then change a little bit our training.. like less weight and more repetition, it will burn the "fat" around the muscles. Find the right weight to lift about 20 repetitions. I bet you already know what are the effects on the body when you change the number of repetitions (and change the weight.. you've got to be able to lift !)

Every Guts single muscles are developed.. it's amazing. It's a manga, not true.

(Sorry for the english.. it's been a while..)

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: Where have all of the great writers gone?
« on: July 19, 2005, 04:06:37 PM »
How did you liked "Les Thanatonautes" and the following ones of the serie ? It's true that "Le père de nos pères" is not one of his bests.. We can't forget his past (scientifical journalist), maybe that's why there's a lot of plausible stuff (not everything is true).

I think I like Bernard Werber's stuff because i got back to reading because of his stuff.. i bought 2 Philip K. Dick books and 2 books from Huxley, still haven't read them.

I didn't read all the thread but Aazealh, who's your favorite author (still alive) ?

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: Where have all of the great writers gone?

Hmm well I don't really think so... He's written a few good books yeah, but some are quite bad (Le père de nos pères). And he's certainly not "Great" as to be compared to Shakespeare or whatever this thread is about.

Well, I think we can't compare them.. Shakespeare is far ahead of him. I still think he's great.. it's all about tastes.. you know, people can say that Martine à la plage is the best book ever made.

Personnaly I liked Le père de nos pères... It's different from the others, and about a year or 2 after he wrote that book, some scientists truly found a link between pigs and humans..
I'm about to start reading "Le livre du voyage" after writing this post.

I think that Bernard Werber is one of the bests writers alive. He's french. He wrote about 10-15 book I think, 1 each years for the last years ! And good ones ! He's famous because of his first book "Les fourmis" (Ants), wich is now a Trilogy. He's a good author because he write well and he take some scientifical facts and stuff like that and then put some fiction to make his stories... You guys who like to read should take a look to this author, a lot of his books have been translated to english. He's also writing short movies (2) and now a big production (based on one of his books), he wrote a story for a comic book too. He's good.
