Why not just quarantine him?

None the less. I must leave too. I have found a woman and a humble little spot of land in Canada away from the house that I have lived in for so long. This will be my last post.

Walter: thank you for this site. I have enjoyed my time, reading posts and learning new knowledge in the wide world of Berserk.
Aazealh: you know what to do.
Griffith: Just... be you. You're the one who keeps people in order with... harsh words.
To everyone else: I hope you enjoyed my colourings. I will miss this site greatly and most of all the people in the forum.

PS) Its a girl. Due in March.

To help a few people out with Dosbox, its pretty easy. If you go to the site listed above. Just go to the "Utilities" section and download the Windows version. That is of course if you are running a windows type OS, if not, then you're SOL cause I really dont have that much knowledge of running it on Linux or what ever else is there. But after you install it, if you know some basic dos commands, you can get the games up and running. Now getting sound to work on some of these games... well that's a whole different story.  ;)
Thanks. But I guess I'm SOL...  :(

You don't need to say that Smith. It's just that Berserk targets a mature audience, composed of elite people around the world 8) (ok, there's many morons too).
And Berserk isn't on cartoon network. DBZ used to be all over the TV.

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: BERSERK not known???
« on: November 26, 2004, 12:07:31 AM »
For some reason, every one I know or talk to outside of does not know what berserk is. Why is that?
Berserk is an underdog manga. Its not one of those popular mangas like Evan, DBZ, or whatnot so not many have heard of it.

Not even that. You're just wasting oxygen.
More funny.

But actually I'm here not to fight against Olivier or others, I'm here to speculate and give my opinions ...
Aren't they the same thing?  ;D

Now that you mention it, Duke Nukem 3D is probably my favorite FPS.

Speculation Nation / Re: How many more volumes you think berserk will last?

I would like Berserk to end around the 40th volume. Its a great Manga, but I want to see it end.

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: San Andreas

I enjoyed Vice city more than III, due to the fact it had story and personality.  On top of that it added many features. :)
I think all it was was the bright setting it had. GTA:III was dark and foggy and had pretty bad music. While Vice City had an upbeat and poppy type of swing to it. The only thing I liked about Vice City was more difficulty to the missions.

You are truely gifted. :o  The longest I could fly it for was a minute, and I could barely turn with it. >:(
I, at first, thought it was a piece of crap and ran it into the red barrels and set it ablaze. But I learned how to use it. It takes patience... and boredom.  ;D

My only point is that if you chose, you could simplify many types of games into the same thing, but their individual attributes, improvments, environments, and stories make each game unique and enjoyable. ;D

PS3 in 2006? Anyway, I rather play GTAIII, I liked Vice City cause of the 80's gimmick, but other then that it was inferior to III overall. This one looks like more of the same, even the whole California angle can't sucker me into doing the same lame missions over again.
GTAIII will always remain the best. Vice City was horrible IMO.

Well, I believe that this was their best yet, with great hadling of many airplanes, where GTA III had 1 that could barely fly.
I can fly it without a problem. (The Dodo of course...)

Also this one has car customization, something I had wished they had for a while, they even gave a bit of an RPG style with this one giving him various stats, eventually leading to dual wielding some weapons, better handling of some vehicles, and can increase strength and stamina.
2 player mode was a nice addition, but needs improvment.
jetpack was fun, but slow for long distance travaling.
I beileved that this game is far superior to it's predecessors, especially with it's rural cities, and farm areas, it's just fun to drive a harvesting combine tractor.
As Griffith said, its all just being wrapped in nicer giftwrap. Its the same game, just with more options. I don't see why they wont just release a remade GTAIII with all this new shit.

I think the kid just needs help. They should have talk to him to make him stop.
You really think that a 6-year-old with a peice of glass would listen?

There is nothing wrong with that column. There was no more civil way to do it. If I was the principal I would have had him over my knee regardless. Too bad they outlawed spanking...  :'(

Seriously though, the child is what is rediculous about this story, not the taser.

This episode looks too odd for me to even take a stab at.

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: Great White Shark!
« on: November 07, 2004, 01:13:48 PM »
At first I figured you took this picture in the water.  :P

... has had it in captivity, in good health, for over three months. This is a big deal if you know anything about Great Whites, I think before this the longest one has survived in captivity was 16 days, if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, it's a huge breakthrough in their ability to study them.

I do not know much about sharks, but I have heard the same thing from various people. Congrats to them, that is very good. Hopefully it will not die.

Thanks for the info Griff, its good to see something like this in STB every once in a while.:)

Supershadow is a moronic mythomaniac. Don't waste your time with him or his site.
Agreed. I am sorry to anyone who read such bullshit. Thank you Olivier for catching that, it saved many people false belief.

I shit myself during the trailer. Vader is a monster.

Boba Fett goes blind eventually. Temporarily. Not in III though. So this has no relation to the topic. Just something interesting.
