sorry, usually when I post things I have to look up information or generalize because my memory is off.

But Mozgus wasn't an apostle. :slan:

Mozgus is among my favorite apostle characters in Berserk mostly because of how is something of a gray character. By gray I mean to an extent one can't say he is absolutely evil or absolutely good (this could be said for quite a few of the other characters though). He took in people who had nowhere else to go because of their grotesque appearances (good), but he trained them in the art and execution of torture (Evil). Also, somewhat slightly off topic, Mozgus does hold some respect in the cat world.

Berserk Miscellaneous / Re: First medium of exposure to Berserk
« on: September 25, 2009, 05:22:22 PM »
My best friend showed me the Berserk manga and at first I didn't think much of it. Just seemed like a story about a guy with a massive sword who would have one liners spewing forth from his mouth like a raging faucet. I decided to read a bit at where my friend was reading and was amazed at the details and accuracy of the art work and settings. I then scanned through a ways and saw some the apostles and whatnot and was amazed by how well they were designed.

I only just recently checked out the anime, bought the 6 disk set. It seems most people don't care for it and I can see why, however I enjoyed it despite it's flaws. I was hoping to see the Skull Knight but remembered after finishing the last episode that he was one of the omitted characters.

Encyclopedia: Q&A / Re: What is this Bakiraka weapon?

I'd really like to see that history channel show, could probably learn more about those fancy weapons. It took me a while to find a picture of the fish spine sword, seems there are a few different versions of the sword, but I eventually found a picture that was rather close to what can be seen in the picture I posted.

Encyclopedia: Q&A / What is this Bakiraka weapon?
« on: May 03, 2009, 07:42:28 AM »
I've been trying to figure out what this weapon is called, I've looked at the encyclopedia and didn't find anything. I thought it might be called a sword breaker, but all that came up was a dagger with minimal resemblance to this weapon. I also searched for thread on the weapons used by the Bakiraka and found some some cool things, but didn't see anything on this weapon.

Any help in finding the name and origin of this weapon would be greatly appreciated. I also hope this is the right place to post this.
