Wasnt expecting something with that much work put into it. I wonder how long they will be able to do this sort of project. in the past these sort of projects tend to fizzle out because its too much work. at the very least i hope they finish the black swords man arc. a decent adaption might finally be done after all these years.

What are you guys going to do for the podcast this month? Will you do another volume re-read since this month’s release is so short, and simply cover the second half of 356 in that?
I think that's a good idea! Maybe do a panel by panel for this latest episode too. :ganishka:

I wonder if were going to see any "flow of time" shenanigans. Like is a year going to pass on the island when we switch back to Guts perspective? I feel like thats to be expected, but I hope we switch back at the exact same moment that we left off.

Bigger question, Griffith and his apostles are on a crusade against such creatures. But what would go down if they came across Ubik's merry men? Or Conrad's skeleton krew?

it would be interesting if they showed us conlict between God hand members. that would reveal a lot about where the story is going.

Well.. now we can find out what Griffiths plans are in the new world. Is he going to wipe out these semi intelligent creatures. Or is he going to take it step further in combining the world.

See, I told you guys not to always be so hasty to draw conclusions about the release schedule...

You've been on point a lot lately. :ganishka:

Wow, great news considering how likely a break seemed. I'm delighted I'll get to see the next episode sooner rather than later:
I feel like your plea for the next episode "now now" was answered :ganishka:

Im super excited that its coming soon.

I'd like to point out that I didn't expect Casca to talk and remember things so fast. Also, she actualy took the lead by greeting Farnese and Schierke and told them about her feelings by her own will
Me neither, but she remembers her most recent life better than her old one apparently, and that helps move the dialogue forward. No "W-where am I? W-who are you?" She already knows. :casca:

Thanks Aaz. This might feel like the longest hiatus yet.

I have question about the last page. Is that a sound effect in the black bubble? what does it translate to?

but your actual prediction in SkullKast ep 93, at 1:24:10 was "She's gonna do [...] one big braid".

Someone (cant remember who) also said that it would be weird if Casca had one big braid just like Rickert. Further research is required. :schnoz:

Great skullkast. I really enjoyed your conversation on Cascas possible future reaction to being "forcefully" healed. You guys basically hit every single base and that was pretty awesome.

Tensions are extremely high right now, and I feel for Guts and the storm to come. I know he must be nervous about Cascas return more than anyone. Except maybe me haha.

And I do believe that Farnese will have that "I took care of you so you will listen to what I have to say" mentality like you guys said. And I feel bad for Farnese if Casca blows her off. Farnese has grown on me a lot in recent episodes. I certainly didn't expect that. Good character development.

And I love how Miura makes it clear that while Casca's sanity (and memories) may have been restored, her pain and psychological trauma are still there. And they are raw as ever. I really like how this episode reminds us there are some things that no amount of magic can make go away and that there will be no easy fixes. Even Danan's formidable magic is no silver bullet for Casca's condition.

Agreed. They put a heart covered in thorns back in the vessel. That could only mean her feelings and trust will be locked away from people. I really hope Guts gets what he wants though .

Bravo!  :judo:

This is exactly what I've been waiting for. Beautiful episode. This episode really touched me.

Anyway, assuming they continue building on what they did in BotW, the only item I'd like to see back is the hookshot for the Spider-Man action they said almost made it into the game. That should have been game-changing post-Ganon content or something (better than a motorcycle =).
You have my thoughts exactly, but i think the reason they didnt add too much mobility speed-wise, is because the game freezes whenever you go any faster than motorcycle/horse speed. speedrunners constantly run into 4-8 second freezes using wonky stasis strategies that launch them like a rocket across entire plains. but that might of been a Wii U limitation that carried over to the switch port. my main desire for the next game is enemy types. theres only like 8 enemy types and thats honestly pretty bad.

Oh, and a pretty huge double-sided poster of the manga/anime.

Nice! anybody know how I can purchase individual issues online? I really want that poster. I cant find a store nearby that sells it, and I cant figure out how to do it from the Young Animal website.

thanks for the summary Puella and Aaz!

I know the episodes are taking a long time to come out, but the pace of the story itself is a bit fast.  kinda wish Miura would slow it down just a bit (for a little extra world detail i guess). I felt Falconia deserved 1 or 2 more episodes. Still eager for the Elf king though!
