I still didn't buy Kasumi, but I did test Hammerhead, and gotta say I'm a little disappointed too. Not a bad addition to the whole game; the controls are better and it moves pretty good overall, but I had more fun with the Mako. I guess Hammerhead is more like a minigame to jump around and shoot awsum missiles, while Mako was an integral part of missions and really felt like your vehicle throughout the game.

That's what I thought when I saw the trailer. And after playing it, nothing changed.
I liked the Mako.

The thread "Be prepared for the apocalypse" remembered me of a freeware game I used to play back in the day, Notrium.
You crash land on a strange planet and must find a way to get out of there.
You must also find food, build items, set up camp, etc..

If you want a challenging game you should try this.

Read both a while ago, World War Z was amusing, there were even rumors that it might be adapted to the big screen.

He might be, but you get to learn/see some interesting stuff.
Like how to build a bed on top of a tree, handy if zombies attack :ganishka:
But c'mon you gotta give the guy some credit, I wouldn't do the stuff he does with or without a backup team.

Of course you could also watch Bear Grylls on the Discovery Channel and become.. THE ULTIMATE SURVIVOR! :rakshas:
That guy is awesome, he's like some modern version of McGyver, but real.

Very relevant question Walter.

In order of importance:
-Backpack
-My anarchist's cookbook  :carcus:
-Knife
-Water
-Flashlight
-Med supplies
-Rope
-Radio/Walkie
-Hunting rifle

If attacked by zombies I'd probably hole up in my home. It's in the 3rd floor w/ catwalks around the whole building giving a good overview of the neighborhood and pretty easy to barricade.
But if the something else brings the apocalypse I'd probably just try to roam around far away from cities, in the mountains.

Nightcrawler bid adieu to the forum. Then came back to mouth off. Then he left again. And came back again. Now he's gone for good. The end.

Found the thread where it happened.  :ganishka:
Thanks for the summary.

The Hammerhead looks awesome, but it looks so.. EA?  :schierke:
I wouldn't mind staying with the Mako instead of the flying hovercraft.. Just makes it look like a different game.

Not exactly a game, but pretty interesting. It's called the scale of the universe and it has pretty neat info.

Did anyone else see Terminator Salvation? I just watched it the other night and need to vent a little. My god was that horrible, possibly one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The acting was embarrassing, the action was so bad and retarded, I was laughing the whole time it was so amazingly bad. I'm just still in shock at how predictable the plot was, I felt like a mind reader saying everything that was going to happen. Man that series really went to shit.

ok done now  :guts:

Yeah I went to the theater to see it.  :schierke:
Agree on everything above. Favorite part? The heli crash scene at the beginning.
