I want to attend Sheridan Institute in Oakville, ON to take their BAA in Animation.
I live about 10 minutes away from that campus. It's really nice.

ASUS is good but their motherboards, not so much. Both of the ASUS boards I've used in previous builds died within 2 years or so. I did get them replaced however. One of them is pretty old and I don't use that computer anymore. The second system with a replaced ASUS board was given to my dad but he's been having issues with it too. I know a few others who also have issues with ASUS boards too. By far, I'd have to say that I've had the best experience with Gigabyte motherboards. I've had mine running in my desktop for almost 5 years now with absolutely no issues. I'm going to put forth this board as a suggestion : GIGABYTE GA-P55

Another thing;

A good CPU heatsink might also be a worthy investment if you will be doing any gaming/other intensive activity. This heatsink is great for the price: XIGMATEK HDT-RS1283

From IGN:

EA: Dead Space 2 Will Have Modern Warfare-Level Action
The company says its survival horror sequel is less survival and more action; compares the game's intensity to Modern Warfare and Uncharted.
by Matt Casamassina
February 5, 2010 - Last December, Electronic Arts revealed that internal studio Visceral Games was underway with a sequel to the acclaimed survival horror title Dead Space. Then, the publisher said that series hero Isaac Clarke would prove more aggressive and that the sequel would also include a new online mode.

Speaking to IGN, senior vice president and head of Visceral Games, Nick Earl, offered a few more details about the anticipated project -- namely, that action and polish are at the forefront of the sequel. Earl even compared the effort with two non-EA franchises known for their undiluted intensity.

"I can tell you that we're a little more focused on action horror as opposed to survival horror. We just created a really beautiful sequence that we're showing internally -- we haven't showed it externally yet, but we will get it out there soon -- that I think speaks to the high voltage nature of the game," he said. "Some really strong action sequences that I think are on par with the level that we're seeing in the Modern Warfare series and with the level that we're seeing in Uncharted. Just beautiful, visual imagery and very electric action."

He also said that Dead Space 2 will see further polish, "... which is saying a lot since Dead Space was so highly rated."

While he wouldn't yet talk about any more specifics, he did say that the experience would prove "jaw-dropping in terms of scale and scope."

"I feel very confident about where Dead Space is. I can tell you that we're not resting on our laurels. We're going very, very aggressively to take it to the next level," said Earl.

I realise MW2 sold quite well but I wish devs wouldn't hold it so highly. This is the second time I've seen devs comparing their game to it and IMO, MW2 lacked a lot of substance. I can't say I like this turn Dead Space 2 is taking. It seems like it's going to ruin the atmosphere that the first Dead Space did so well.

About as much as my photo of Tali :farnese:

Oh man. Why did I say Tali? I meant Ashley >_<

Has anyone bothered wearing the alternate armors? Some of the stat bonuses are tempting, but I can't stand that they force you to wear a helmet. Half the game is dialogue driven, so watching a static helmet spout words isn't exactly compelling.
I tried the terminus armour out for a while but I can't stand the forced helmets. I went helmetless for most of the game (plus N7 armor looks badass enough). I would have worn the visor if it looked more like Garrus'.

I read somewhere that even if you don't have an ME1 saved file but you beat the game, you can go through a short Q&A regarding the major decisions you made in ME1. This is good news for me because I beat ME1 a long time ago and I did not back up my saved file D:

I had ordered this game last week because I have heard mostly positive reviews and I need something to tide me over until ME2. It just arrived this morning but my classes started up again today so I'll have to wait to try it out.

I saw Alistair in the trailer. I didn't choose this option but what if you had him executed? I just chose to exile him. Does the trailer go on the premises that he becomes king or just that he joins you again?

Beat the game as an elf warrior. I opted for morrigan leaving so the wardens survive. I started a human mage, planning on an arcane warrior specialization, as well as being a jerk to everyone I encounter.

I really want to just sit down and read this one day. I can't keep reading small amounts at a time. Semester is almost over though, so that time will be soon
