Berserk Merchandise / Re: 1/6 Medicom Berserk RAH GUTS
« on: February 24, 2015, 05:04:23 AM »
Well this is not my pics unfortinately (I'm on a business trip with my laptop now and I usually don't post my photos in a web), but I have some accessories too including a musical set, a public squat toilet and some more. In last year I was looking for a horses to make a "band of the Hawk" but ended up with motorcycle models (one of them below). And body parts with other figmas are replaceable so it gives you some options and lewd scenarios.
Action figures is for playing with them and statues for displaying them  :daiba:

I have him as well and he is my less favorite to be honest. He is so big so won't fit my shelf, legs is kinda hard to pose because of pants, and hand joints sometimes weak to hold a sword. But screen accuracy on him is beyond other existing figures, face sculpt is nearly perfect.

I have figma versions too and they attract me more - they smaller, more comfortable to pose and easy displayed. I also have a colection of other figmas and they fits each other perfectly.

mf cannot offer a better price just because they cannot control the cost to make a polystone statue, their previous figures are pvc as i know
i guess mf has no experience on manufacturing polystonce statues..
they have another femto to be released, wait and see
the Guts figure will release in next year and the quality of the exact product is also a question..
You sir are mistaken, they doing a few polystone statues every year and Berserk is the most expensive one so far. For example, 2014's Shingeki Titan was 64.000 JPY (and I was hoping for the same price for Guts):

Polystone is a really hard material to work with and it is damn expensive thing, I think half of statues costs coming from materials and acrylic paints.

I was just going to post painted Femto, you guys vere faster this time  :guts:
He is the most impressive Femto statue this far, I hoping for affordable price tag - in general GSC polystone statues costs around 80k JPY.

Oh yeah i forgot about the 2000yen shipping price. 150 000 yen. Hmmm still alot of money there
Congrats Sensui!  :ubik: Now to wait till 2016  :ganishka:
I doubt that they will sent this monster that cheap. 400mm Art of War statue weights around 9kg. His size is incredible - I mean, 750mm height, I have no space in my apartment for this Godzilla!

So my question is should we make a common response we all post in their form?
Or just don't care because they do not too?
My answer to them is always more than couple of words, and sometimes our conversation lasts for 6-10 letters.
I think if they asking their customers they should care. However, they have separate websites for japanese and overseas customers and for japan they always provides more units of the same product. So question is - our opinion really weights this much, or we just a little drop in the ocean of japanese customers?

Im going to vote for - Cover Image of Berserk Comic Vol. 28 "Guts & Fire Dragon" (1/6 Scale)
This would be funny if Gecco will made same statue.
I vote for second one just because its new release.

With Art of War it could never be "last". It is a niche market and they have monopolized it.
I hope for a white bone ver, like on Miura's drawings.

If someone still looking, I found one for sale in Japan for 75.000 JPY.
I guess shipping would half of this price, hah.

Man this white bone Skullknight is my second holy grail (right after 20th Anniversary). I wish to get it one day.

Check this topic on second page:

If you manage to do it yourself, you will need putty, primer, masking tape, acrylic paints and vice versa. Here is a wonderful garage kit guide, you can find lot of useful info there (I hope its okay to post this link):

Berserk Merchandise / Re: Upcoming Gecco Berserk statue - 2015
« on: January 12, 2015, 09:34:32 AM »
Well for figures I'm using amiami shop and they opened orders not so long ago (or put it on a home page not so long ago). Anyway the point is that mass-produced Headlong statues using the same sculpt as his kits so far, so we could actually get some of his Berserk statues in PVC.

I would suggest you to wait till Wonder Festival (Feburary). There is a Headlong statue going to be released this year and it could be the one you looking (we are keeping fingers crossed).  :guts:

This is a bit offtopic but Gecco just opened preorders for Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance Raiden figure, and he was scultped by Headlong. This is PVC version of his kit and this can give us some hope for PVC release his infamous Berserk kit. Also, his Cobra kit was released in vinyl earlier.
And here is Raiden, holy moly he is just gorgeous.

I know this is really old, but I just got my kit finished and want to show it to you folks. Also, if anyone looking one for himself,  it on sale at YHJ at this very moment:

Anyway, I received mine for a really nice price. Unfortunately, many parts were broken and it was a really hard to assemble everything together. His knifes, dagger, sword grip, ghost hands are new sculpt. Horse lost both front legs and tail, the only thing that was actually in good condition - stand and Farnese.
It was painted by my friend, he usually paints Warhammer soldiers and it was his first garage kit work. And here the pictures!

On AoW website "This item is Sold Out and will not be re-in stock again."
I know, its breaking my heart! And if you saying this for purpose, you are very bad person  :judo:

Congrats! It looks nice but i dont really think this is worth 500USD. Just looking at it, its just simple design nothing special. No hard feelings. Although the crack and Beherit looks really good. You must be rich!
He is really something special - thats why I got him. I'm not really that into collecting, but some of their products are unique. I put him in a table in my office and he everyone paying attention of him  :SK: He is totally one of the best things in my collection, now I need to get the Last Repaint and wait for something new to appear.
I'm not rich at all - I can't afford myself 20th anniversary still (nobody selling it even for the same price he was initially). And I think I would skip the whole 2015 year because our exchange rate degraded too much and JPY cost around 40% more.
