Well, I don't think so roberto999, but as I said, it's not my problem if u don't understand English very well ... however, thanks a lot for your kind opinion guy ...

Paradise...Paradise...aside the fact that this is not a chat so you do not need  to shorten the words ("u" indeed), you are so repetitive in your arguments that everyone by now knows what you want really to say even if you don't state it clearly.

Warning: it's horrible.

You are not kidding

Now just yesterday I was looking at a "science" trasmission on the telly. I believe that was a british company that produced the show. There they were saying that the danger is that the earth will freeze instead because of the cooling of the Gulf Stream. Before they do anything they should come to an agreement about what is gonna really happen :P ;D

Wow. What's the deal here ? Some one wants to talk about the "new spectacular event PL-show"; well i'm not on it, but if that guy wants to talk (even if it is arguable ) let it go. It's shootin' the breeze. One could also talk about the taste of his urine when he's drunk or something.
And then, what do i see ? Always the same shitty argument by a lot of people that kinda look full of shit too me(this includes "no more" too sorry).
ps: i expect no answer, this thread is non-sense already.
It is that you Guillaume ? I did lose the the count of your transformations .  ;D :P

Well John Carpenter did some year ago a "unofficial version of Doom " or a rip-off if you prefer.

Wait...  What?  I have no idea what you just said.

But it is done way too much.  Why are all three characters that much alike.  Whats more none of them are human.  Vash is a plant, Alucard is a vampire and Dante is a half demon.  I would sue.  Its like if a movie came out and everyone wore Armani and shades everywhere.  Wichouwskis would sue because they stole the look of the Matrix.  Anyway Vash acts too wimpy to be badass.
If you look at what are doing DC and Marvel at each other...they rip-off even what the competitor has ripped off from them ;D

The wretched King Minos has decided your fate. His tale wraps around his body 8 times.
The sweet light no longer strikes against your eyes. Your shade has been banished to... the Eigth Level of Hell - the Malebolge!
Eigth Level of Hell - the Malebolge

Many and varied sinners suffer eternally in the multi-leveled Malebolge, an ampitheatre-shapped pit of despair Wholly of stone and of an iron colour: Those guilty of fraudulence and malice; the seducers and pimps, who are whipped by horned demons; the hypocrites, who struggle to walk in lead-lined cloaks; the barraters, who are ducked in boiling pitch by demons known as the Malebranche. The simonists, wedged into stone holes, and whose feet are licked by flames, kick and writhe desperately. The magicians, diviners, fortune tellers, and panderers are all here, as are the thieves. Some wallow in human excrement. Serpents writhe and wrap around men, sometimes fusing into each other. Bodies are torn apart. When you arrive, you will want to put your hands over your ears because of the lamentations of the sinners here, who are afflicted with scabs like leprosy, and lay sick on the ground, furiously scratching their skin off with their nails. Indeed, justice divine doth smite them with its hammer.

Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
(Click on a level for more info)
Level Who are sent there? Score
Purgatory  Repenting Believers  Very Low
Level 1 - Limbo  Virtuous Non-Believers  Very Low
Level 2  Lustful  Very High
Level 3  Gluttonous  High
Level 4  Prodigal and Avaricious  Very High
Level 5  Wrathful and Gloomy  Very High
Level 6 - The City of Dis  Heretics  Moderate
Level 7  Violent  Very High
Level 8- the Malebolge  Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers  Very High
Level 9 - Cocytus  Treacherous  High

I can do better than that...I had a crisis of goodness >:(

Are you sure about that?
Yup. It was my favorite weapon

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: Rip off
« on: December 11, 2004, 09:26:54 AM »
Oh well, it's as much a rip off of beherits as it is of the Megasphere in DooM.

We could say that Berserk itself is a rip-off of Doom :one man vs the forces of hell that have slaughtered all his comrades.Of course in Doom you have the BFG, in Berserk the BFS. And do you remember the "berserk pak" ? and now that I think about it: in the first doom you were able to punch only with the left arm...

Shootin' the Breeze / Re: Paradise Lost Theories...
« on: December 05, 2004, 12:19:11 PM »
I think PL theories are kinda trying to perceive Berserk through a "possible" psychedelic stance, which in fact I can understand this, since the story's emotional evolution regarding the plot so far is not so solid.
Deal is that PL's psychedelic filter overpasses Berserk is a psychedelic filter put on another - the original one.
That said, I don't think there is nothing to vote over here
I guess, PL's wrong doing is that reading his views, at least the way he posts them, could allienate a nb's first approach and understanding of the manga
I suggest to title him "psychedelic lost" other than paradise
This, perhaps, could explain what he is saying 8)

Xechnao vs Paradise Lost. Now this would be the fight ;D ;D ;D

IMO if Silatt would ever end up joining either Guts or Griffiths side it would be Guts little group. I just see it as more plausable (if either side that is) as Griffith will be likely to annihilate most of the Kushans.

If that happens, Silatt might take it pretty personally and resort to making friends with those who also hate Griff as much as he, and who better then a warrior like Guts? If that ever played out at all, I could see them making some agreements and helping eachother, but I can't picture Silatt to travel beside Isidro and Farnese to easy.

The point is that Guts no longer hunts Griffith. His unique goal now is to protect Casca, so if Shilat wants to join someone that is willing to fight Griffith, he better join someone else. Also I don't think that Griffith would care if Guts is in Vritanis or not . Instead there is another question. Guts and co. wants to reach Elfhelm so soon like it is possible. I don't think that they will stop in Vritanis for long. So unless the Kushan attack the very next night it is very probable that Guts party will be out of Vritanis before that happen.

Sorry Robby but it doesn't work here.
But it is a USA address, anyway it is this

maybe if you must copy it in the address bar of explorer. Afterwards you have to order something of course...a "beer" a "kiss" or if you are bold "naked" ;D :P. And I am sure there are a lot of other orders...

Rather than letting it die, let's just focus a little on what's important; what Griffith thinks of the forces in Vritannis. Either Griffith is going to see useful allies against Ganishka, or he doesn't think he needs them in the least, and as a matter of fact, they'll more likely than not get in his way eventually. If he let's them die/kills them, "Kushan forces" either way, not only will he literally be the World's only hope, but he won't have to worry about petty power struggles in the war's aftermath or further down the line. All the better for his Kingdom's (Empire now?) powerbase. On the other hand, with Griffith's supernatural charisma, power struggles may not apply at all. What say you, gents?

BTW, if Griffith shows up, we may get lucky and Silatt will follow. =)
Good point. I think that he will intervene at the last minute when everything will seem lost (like the cavalry ;D ) . That way he will appear like a savior, the Vritanis forces will have considerably weakened and since he saved the day and since they would need really his alliance (with their army decimated) and no one will be in position to really oppose him ( for the same reason) he could take the leadeship of the alliance.

Something big is obviously on the way if Schierke's vision comes true.  8)

And we don't need precognitive powers to know what it is :
Taken from the translation of chap. 243

page 18

servant - Master Diva
servant - the invasion of the coast area by the Pishacha is complete
Diva - I know
Diva - Tell the general up in the land to advance the armies
(General most likely is Ganishka)
servant - yes
Diva - Things would not have gone so smoothly with the rough methods of the army
Diva - Within one night, all the villages in this island were brought under our control....
Diva - Very secretly, without letting a single fire flame up
Diva - Without letting a single person live....they will be exterminated without any of their flesh left
Diva - But one thing that bothers me....the sense from one of the Harashada's has ended
(Harashada = casters)
Diva - There shouldn't be anyone on this land able to defeat the Pishacha's that I recieved from the emperor....

Well, Its obvious that Azan has become the robinhood of Berserk. Stealing from the rich (and food) and giving to the poor ;D.
....and he knows no one more poor than himself ;D ;D ;D ;D
