Tankobon posters

I'm sorry if this question has already been answered somewhere, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me which Berserk tankobon come with foldout posters and any other additional bonuses. I recently ordered Volumes 22 and 23 from Kinokuniya and was surprised when I discovered that they included posters. This was the first time that I encountered posters within the tankobon and I own Volumes 1-21.

Now I'm wondering if the volumes I've collected up to this point were defaced by having their posters removed... :judo:

I assume DH will come with them too? 22 is next and I guess if it already hasn't been posted and its not important enough really to search people know. I don't recall but I guess I'll find out when it gets here. It'd be nice addition.
