Aww man, Kloe and Kourtney's show had their last episode for S2, BUT, Kim's show starts later this month *yaaaayy* the drama! :ubik:

Do you really watch those shows? :judo:

Heh yep, I have a little thing for Kim Kardashian, and Christina Hendricks. So I sort of make it a point to watch anything that's related to em. Plus, the drama in both of those Kardashian shows is epic, like Real Housewives (New York/ New Jersey). It's good fun :femto: haha! Speaking of shows, does anyone own BSG's box set on Blu Ray or DVD, what's the quality like?

I couldn't finish the first episode of Joey, it was just plain awful! You've listed a lot of comedy up there, so you could try The Office?

Yea Joey is like not even worthy of the brain cells to waste thinking about it, it's that bad. But I would also recommend The Office. It's the only comedy show that I go out of my way to catch up other than South Park. Other than that, no sitcoms (except Seinfeld re-runs) no dramas or reality tv (sometimes I watch The Soup though). But if you have pay channels like starz or HBO I recommend shows like Weeds, Curb your Enthusiasm, Entourage, and Penn and Tellers Bullshit! is really good too.

You know I always hear such great things, but since I only finished about half of season one for some reason I didn't keep up with new episodes. Of course I could go back but, it didn't hook me right away. I didn't know you watched it though Griff :carcus:

Ok, Two for the Office I'll try that although I don't like Steve Carell.

No, I don't have these channels, internet is the only way. Thanks for the advice! I also heard about Weeds, I'll look for it, damn, I need another HDD...

I enjoy watching True Blood. Give it a chance Oburi it's definitely better than Twilight. :iva: I am just waiting for Dexter season 5. It's starting on Sept.26 on showtime.

Doesn't True Blood have a lot of soft-core porn?! I would hear about the series for those reasons alone, and not the story. If the story's good, I'm in for the ride.

Season 2 has quite a bit of nudity but it's really not that bad. As for the story it's quite good actually. I have to admit the first season didn't quite grasp my attention but as I continued with the second season I started to get more interested in the series.

True Blood's a fun show. Not to be taken super seriously at all. I watched 'I Smell A Rat' last night and attempted to watch the most recent episode but passed out. The infamous
Anger-Fuck
was by far one of the most memorable scenes of the season.

Bill Maher has returned!

Anyone wanna pay my for my HBO subscription that expired last month? :judo:

For the insufferably smug Bill Maher? No thanks, I'd rather pay to see him and rival formerly-comedic ideologue Dennis Miller fight to the death, winner gets a bullet-shaped trophy in the head. Just kidding, I really don't care that much, but he is annoying. =)

I would use it for Kenny Powers.

I miss Miller's show too, but eh, Maher is ok to fill in that gap. Though, as much as I respect Miller, he became a little too right leaning in recent years and I find him just as smug and annoying as Maher now. At least Maher makes me laugh still, so.
