How much would a case like that cost? I need a better case to put my V3 in as the current TV shelf case has a bit of space that allows dust to get in :mozgus:

At the risk of sounding lazy, I think it would clear things up for A LOT of ppl if you could tell us the name of the IKEA case? :slan: With the name I could just go to Ikea this weekend and ask the sales ppl there for the model. Please and thank you in advance.

Those are awesome. I wish I lived around an Ikea so I could pick one up. Unfortunately they're states away. The tall one is a Detolf, right?

Ikea's shipping is kind of nuts.

The shipping from Ikea was nuts to my house, which is why I got it from ebay. I got my case last night, and had to assemble it last night. I only had two problems, I switched the front legs assembling it and I lost a peg peg for the doors. I fixed it by replacing it with a bolt. i is great looking, I am really looking forward to my @0th showing up so it can be on display.

Yeah, I've tried looking on ebay but the models I want are always local delivery only. I'll just have to swing by one sometime. Glad it worked out for you! Way to innovate.

In Hong Kong IKEA has free shipping if you order over $2000 HKD (about $256~ USD) worth of goods. Getting this thing home would be another problem...I'll have to see it in person first. I'll take a look at other shelves while I'm there that can potentially fit big berserk statues. I'll take pics and post here if I come across any. Thanks for the links too.

Damn, I just received my repaint statue and it has only been 2 DAYS! I need help on posting images. I can't seem to put up my picture by copy and paste. Any help would be nice and I can share my spoils with this forum?

You need to upload the picture from your computer to a hosting place on the Internet before you can share it with us. Many websites offer to do this for free, like http://imageshack.us/.

I love this statue! There is 1 thing that bothers me. I want to ask you guys with the 20th anniversary statue if you have the same problem. The bottom part of the berserker helmet(the jaw i guess) does not perfectly align with the helmet that covers guts face.

Yeah it is huge, I knew it was going to be big, but it is huge and BAD ASS. God knows I took it out of the box today as soon as I got it. I will post some pics when I have more time, and it cools down here a bit. I got #5. The jaw on mine is a bit off as well, if you look at the picks on the instructions and box it is supposed to be off. The jaw is fixed to the chest and his head is turned a little, so it makes sense that they aren't quite lined up. My new prized possession. It makes my Zodd 3 seem a bit small. Highest praises to Art of War on the helmeted version. Every Berserk fan should have one. :ubik: :beast: :guts:

Berserker Guts 23

I don't mind blood on most of the statues but for some reason I think it takes away from the amazing sculpt of this statue.
I think it looks great on the dragon slayer.
As for guts, his armor has really nice blues and greens that make the statue pop out.
When you have all that thick distracting blood it takes the focus off of the statue and just puts all of your attention on the blood.

I have both version 1 and 2 and personally I love the non-blood version more.

I think it really depends on personal tastes to be honest. Like for me the blood represents the struggle and the price Guts had to pay for using the armor in the first place which is why I wanted one with blood and when they announced this one I knew I had to have one.

No doubt the one with no blood looks magnificent though, just looking at the Art of War website makes me wish I had one w/o blood but if I had to choose, personal preference would be this one, its just more ... insane imo.

Put it this way friend, if $ wasn't an issue I'd gladly buy both the blood and non-blood version coz they are both awesome. :SK:
