Broken Upon Arrival.

Hi all, just curious if anyone had any information on how well Art of War treats its customers when a statue arrives broken? I just received one broken shipped to me directly from Art of War Japan. The box had not been opened I do not believe so it must have happened during transit.

Any info is appreciated!

Sorry to hear that your statue got to you broken, hope you can get it fixed. I haven't received an AOW shipment with a broken statue so far, so I'm not sure about their return/ fixing policy. I think their packaging is pretty neat.
