It's 27 buckaroos here. But it ships in August? Damn my inability to read Japanese, but I wonder if I could get it sooner from the Gainax site. That is, if they ship to America.

Oh wait, on the Gainax site it says 2011年8月 ...

BUT I WANT MY DEVIL CHICK MINI STATUES RIGHT NOW!!!!

Have you tried shopping at Ami-Ami? I don't know how the J-lists shipping is, but if the price on EMS is comparable you should save some yen and pick it up here. :SK:

Also, I doubt you're going to get the little guys sooner than August. Time to play the waiting game!

My dad had a BSA Golden Flash and have to give it up after I was born ... I want it now, but I don't have the kind of money that's needed to maintain a bike that's out of production, so the closest I can get is a Triumph Bonneville, but anywhoo, this's the bike -

It's silly cos when you live in NYC, you don't really need a vehicle because places are easily accessible via public transport.

(Your pict didn't show up in my browser for some reason) so I googled both bikes, both gorgeous. I'm kind of new to the moto-scene, but they look like they're cafe style?

I would freaking love to have a full set of Samurai armor sitting in the corner of the living room.

Here's a dangerous page for this thread because this crap, while overpriced, is still quite obtainable impulse purchase material:

http://www.stylinonline.com/hoodies.html

My personal favorite:

http://www.stylinonline.com/hoodie-spiderman-costume-zip.html

:ganishka:

By no means one of the most ridiculous, though the most ridiculously effective, and the black costume version is simple enough that you could actually wear it in public (as a sweater, not as Spider-Man =). Anyway, look around, there's plenty of other ridiculously nerdy offerings. Just be careful. :carcus:

P.S. For Walter.

Ok, i didn't want to share my precious little secret. But here goes. For the true movie buff (it's filled with obscure references) this is THE BEST t-shirt design house. Click the find button and "search by film" and be amazed.

Can you figure out which ones i got? :iva:

I try not to spend too much money on this.

The movie was so-so and I've never read the comic, but I I liked how it looked. =)

That bass is ridiculous ... I wouldn't wanna play bass and jump around because it's so pretty.

Here's what I've been eying off late ...

Why? Because my dad custom ordered one when he was in his 20's all the way from the UK. Had to sell it after I was born because it wasn't as safe as having a car. It's my dream bike to own, the Triumph Bonneville is the closest I can get if I want to be practical about bikes from that era.

Why 'stupid'? Because it's a 1950's model that's out of production, a pain to maintain in general with parts, etc. being hard to get and finding a mechanic who knows how to fix it be here, in NYC. Don't have a garage, so I may very well wake up one day to find the bike being stolen too.
