Some of my doodles

Every once in a while, I have quiet end to my day at work in the office. The result is a case of boredom where I start at looking at things to draw on my notepad. This seems to be an occurrence when I work overtime, so I may put more in here once in a while when I get those moments, aright now these are the few that I've done.

Not bad Jezza, I like how the second page turned out. It's nice to see art from the early volumes getting some love! :carcus:

Thanks Grail. I used to draw a lot when I was younger, but I've had many other things taking up my life that I haven't done it for years, so I'm a little rusty. I might just do a few bits of art from each volume and work my way through.

EDIT:

Today, another Puck. From the early pages of Volume 3

ALL MYSTERIES MUST BE SOLVED
Awesome work! I love these pens...ballpoints, right? They're really fun to doodle with on napkins and whatevers lying around.

Keep it up! Copying pictures and art is one of the best ways to improve in my opinion. You'll learn a lot, especially if you're copying someone like Miura.

The angle for this particular shot is a difficult one to capture. Good effort though! If you're interested in how to deal with facial proportions and how they're distorted at different angles, you might want to check out tutorials like this one. And of course, it always helps when you draw in pencil first, but if you like your pen, just be sure to draw veeery lightly! :slan:

In my office, I'm only armed with a pen, but thanks for the tutorial, I'll take a look. With this becoming a more regular thing, I might just invest in some proper drawing equipment :serpico:

Much, much better!!! :ubik:

SK isn't easy to draw either... :isidro:

Thanks Walter, it was probably the most difficult of the doodles I've done so far, the angle and proportions are a little better than the last drawing, but still not perfect. I'm trying to set myself a greater challenge each time.
