Hey guys, new guy OvTheWoods here once more with a new topic  :guts:

So yeah, this is one of those questions i have asked myself very often and i would like to hear what your thoughts are.
Personally i would say that the Hawks would likely have achieve many of their goals but they would most likely not have become anything more than
members of the kings army.
What do you think?

didn't he save their asses on the first mission? When he stayed behind to fight the soldiers, giving everyone else time to escape

Not at all. In fact, I think Guts was the remaining part in the band.
After failure, even the best plan seems stupid.
