Someone sent this to the Anime & Manga Research ML that I'm on... looked at the prices for shipping, not bad. No clue about reliability, though, seeing as though I just got the e-mail.

Mandarake is a reliable Japan-based manga vendor and amazingly enough, Anime Nation now sells Japanese manga for good prices as well.
