but on a lighter note:

"The first DVD volume of Berserk will be released in two formats: disc only, and disc with slipcase sized to hold all 5 DVDs. Details on the DVD slipcase have not been clarified yet."

Actually I dont know where. Also I can understand why they dont want to air the show, but thats a little harsh of an analogy. There are plenty of non-violent scenes in Berserk. Sounds like a bias article to me.
