is there a map of the berserk world?
« on: August 16, 2003, 06:01:59 PM »
i havent read the manga, but i have heard parts of it, and iv seen the anime, and the story of berserk seems to be somewhat historic, i know its been said many times before, but i was wondering if with all the different counties and kingdoms and such if there is a map of the berserk world

I've never seen a berserk map, but i would assume the Midland is in south germany(modern) and that Tuda is in east France. only problem with that is, the Kushan are probably middle eastern, meaning they'd be coming from Turkey, and thats damned far away...

yeah, Puella's "friend" drew an incredible map on MSpaint.
it was so good you could track exactly where Guts was at any point of the manga!

or maybe im just horse-shittin ya on that last one.

We often went to the cinema, the screen would light up and we would tremble, but also, increasingly often, Madeleine and I were disappointed. The images had dated, they jittered, and Marilyn Monroe had gotten terribly old. We were sad, this wasn't the film we had dreamed of, this wasn't the total film that we all carried around inside us, this film that we would have wanted to make, or, more secretly, no doubt, that we would have wanted to live.

Except Berserk doesn't take place on Earth. It's a fantasy story - not historical drama.

This isn't to do with the map... but.....

Could someone post the image of the Layers of the Universe for me, ie. The Physical World, The Intercise etc.

Since I'm the "Shadow World Expert" anyway...

All credit goes to Griffith for the great image.   ;D

I think i had a better understanding of the world now, but the right most circle called Ideal is really kinda of weird... Can u replace with other name such as Hell?

It would really be good if someone can draw the whole world of Berserk including the Inokku village and the forest where they met Flora...

P.S The scale had to be enormously big to contain every single location! Maybe i should try myself...  8)

It would be cool, but 1) every location would be an assumption 2) it would take years.
