Well maybe this post is a little bit late but anyway, I got to say I didn´t like gatts white hair either but I guess it´s not a big deal I´ll get used to it.
The way I see it Miura did it to symbolize a change inside of gatts. A change that has make him (mmm let´s put it this way ) a little more mature, with some consciuosness about his inner beast because he has to learn how to deal with it instead of just trying to supress it (probably he will end in one of those anger management groups
) and about the stress stuff I think it is more likely to lose hair because of that great amount of stress than just losing the pigments, so it could be worst, cause I really can´t imagine gatts fighting evil with a spot of baldness almost in his forehead JAJA
