Seriously, this reminds me of a swedish phenomena called 'the balloon dance' which was popular 20 or so years ago here. Except that in sweden the guys really were naked.. with balloons... dancing to a stupid song. On prime time family entertainment shows...

It's true... ask any swede. And what more... everyone did that in parties years and years afterwards. The only pic I found though, is of three teachers from Nibble, doing it in front of their 15 year old students.
