Perhaps he got out of it because he plans to abandon this bbs.

Then, he'd be free to create a new one with a name that has nothing to do with Berserk, PM anyone he wants to invite there, and let this place rot. No I don't know the name of the new bbs, all I know is it is where Saiya will be sending scans from now on. We've failed ourselves, and now have no one to blame but sKulL LoRD. Hmm, if I said DRoL LluKs 5000 times, would he disappear?
