They then begin to talk about Elfhelm.

Hmmm i wondered what will they talk about?

The episode ends on yet another classy shot of the Skull Knight (shouldn't we be calling him the Stalker Knight, by now?).

Does this indicate that something is going to happen again? SK wouldnt just appear around without any reason

But if SK is considering joining Guts band... hehehe ;D

Does anyone know when chapter 237 comes out?

Wow, welcome to the boards and all but please read the "Rules for Current chapter"s thread, also people have said that it comes out on the 12th. This is your warning, not trying to be to much of a dick, but please, just remember next time. ;)

Any news about the arc finishing Hague? It seems like it will go on forever... which isn't a bad thing, of course.

Ahh, sounds like a good chapter indeed :). Gatts as the Gray Swordsman... Well, might suit him better now. After all, he's not exactly the same "Black Swordsman" as he was a few years ago. Remains to be seen if he'll become known under that new name or not through :).

Farneze wants to learn magic!? Or does she just want to learn more about magic? If it's the first, it's quite unexpected... Heh! But it's kind of ironic; At first she was the Vatican's most fanatic witch-hunter; now she may be on her way to become one herself...

And so Skull Knight again.. Is he just keeping watch over them, or will he perhaps join them by the fire soon and tell them a good story or two? :3...

It seems that Guts is in real bad shape indeed...maybe he should consider a early retirement :

No offense, Doppelganger, but shut up. It sounds like it's going to be a fucking awesome chapter. Characters interacting with each other is just as entertaining as battle scenes. If anything, I prefer to see everyone developing in their own way than to watch generic Kushan soldiers having their eyeballs pop out for 20 pages.

This isn't a Naruto forum, old boy. If you want action, action and a side order of pure action, go elsewhere. Oh, and the next chapter is out this Friday :)

::sigh:: No offense, Uriel, but shut up old boy-- you don't have a clue what I was trying to say.

This chapter sounds great to me too-- that's why I used the word "wonderful" about Olivier's description. I was simply surprised that Olivier already new what was going to happen, as I thought the new issue of YA wasn't out yet. I thought perhaps he was giving another of his more "off the cuff" predictions, like he did for the earlier chapter about Griffith. Obviously not, which is cool.

I think it sounds fabulous. Frankly, I've gotten a wee bit tired of the almost continous mayhem recently. I much prefer the more reflective, character driven moments.

And not to sound __too__ much like a snob, but dude, don't insult me by proposing that I'm some kind of Naruto fan. Ugh.

obviously your new. One of the reasons why Olivier is respected on this board so much is because he knows whats gonna be on the next chapter days before it comes out. How, we dont know for sure...but he's always right.

Yeah, I'm new enough-- just thought I'd ask and find out if the "preview" was the real goods. There weren't many other posts in response to it at the time, so it was hard to read the situation.

It has obvioulsy become clear with time that Olivier is always dead on. Which is wonderful. I was simply.... being cautious. It was almost as if the chapter sounded too good to be true, you know? :)

Yeah, when I think of "off the cuff predictions", I don't think of you. I wish though. ;D

Speaking of off the cuff predictions, let's make with some on the upcoming chapters. So far I've heard Azan coming back into the fold, Skully taking up with Guts and crew, and crazy pirates/sea Apostles. Let's get more specific, like the port city, getting a boat, etc. Will Guts need to do some major hijacking? And now that Farnese is an apprentice witch, wouldn't it be funny if she ran into all those Holy See people she ditched to follow the Black Swordsman? Abandoned her position, joined a man considered evil on the proverbial level, and now she's a practitionar of witchcraft to boot. Sounds sticky. =)

Great chapter! ;D. Poor Serpico... He really doesn't look too happy about the idea of Farneze learning magic, does he? ;D. One wonders why skully is there, through? Is he just observing how the events plays out? I was thinking that possibly, if events are indeed, in a way, going into a spiral, then Farneze might possibly be on her way to become the "new" Flora and if so Skully's reason for being there was possibly to watch that event happen...

Poor gatts too.. Not quite healed yet, it seems :-\.

Wow.. the artwork is stunning.. thank you very much Bakou! Nice to see a newbie with something worth while to contribute :)

Something about that chapter was very calming and uplifting in places... but page nine sent a horrible shudder down my spine :-\ Still, I would really like to see more chapters like this for awhile! An excellent chapter, that I can't wait to read in English. Especially all the things Puck says ;D

I'm just wondering what the thing around Casca's neck is. Some kind of talisman, perhaps? The chapter had a wee bit of emphasis on it.

Good work Bakou. Thank you.
The thing around Caska neck could be indeed the protective talisman promised by Flora . Remember she was working on two of them for Guts and Caska? Point is I don't remember her giving it to them. Maybe Schierke did found them somewhere out of the panels ?

Good chapter but...the artwork seemed really weird to me for some reason. It wasn't as good as it usually is spare for a few pages...maybe it's just me though.

::chuckle:: :)

I didn't think this was going to be so complicated for me to explain. I simply thought, originally, that Olivier made a great "prediction" for Griffith coming to rescue Charlotte in one of the earlier chapter threads. Obviously, it was not such an "off the cuff" prediction, as everything Olivier seems to post re: Berserk is on the button. That was simply what I meant by "off the cuff"-- i.e. that I thought there was no real factual support to the info, that he just made it up. But, as I have learned, I was wrong. ::chuckle:: Sorry. I guess I wasn't clear enough, which is ok. Anyways...... the pics look great.

I am glad how Guts in his new armor turned out to be. He still walks around bare armed and bare headed, just like it used to be. Now he doesn't look as different as before his fight with Slann, and thats good, because I really didn't like how he looked in a fully enclosed armor. Just my humble opinion :D

Wonder what he'd one with the rest of the armor, through. The helmet's probably still a part of it, but what about the gauntlets? Did he just throw them away or something? Or could they, like the helmet, also be a part of the armor, jsut not visible for now?
