Hehehehehee.

Full res is big enough to print up real nice :)

All the good colors from everyone lately really inspired me.   8)

Thanks everyone for all the feedback!  By the way, if anyone wants to photoshop these to adjust colors or anything like that, that's a great way to give advice.  And team projects are still in the works!

AYE CARAMBA!!!

You really blow me way Lith.  That deserves a status far above standard colorations.  You could blow that up and make it a poster and nobody could tell it was a coloration.  You are the queen of color.

Fucking. Awesome.

I love the tone.  It has this great storybook quality, like it's from some old book about a legendary tale.

So when are you going to get a job coloring comic books?!

It was added recently. It's a personal favorite of mine, an alternative to the classic grinning smiley (;D).

Hahaaa, yes you're right, I'll fix it whenever I get around to fixing my other colors (like Vandimion's hair greyness, heh).

Well, anyway, Proj and the rest of you have been doing such nice colors, you really inspire me to work hard.  So here's another new one, from the current cha....  er..  episode.   8)

Wow, so cool. I lack superlatives to describe how good it is.

I wonder what Miura intended with the aura surrounding Irvine though, it's almost inexistent in your coloration (which is fine), but I think it's meant to be more prominent, considering the original picture.

Great work Lith.  You did a great job on the colors. They give the scene a very warm feeling.

As for the aura, I've noticed that Miura actually does this a lot, probably to attract your eye to the character when they're put against a dark backgroung.  I think it isn't as important in a colored background, as the characters are colored and stand out on their own.  Just my take on it.

To keep from cluttering the board, I'll link to all my colorizations and tutorials here, and edit this post to update whenever there's something new.  Thanks!!  You all rock!

Colorizations:

Haha!  I finally set these up properly in my shiny new gallery thing here:

Oh!  Heh, yeah I do.  Hop on over to http://lithrael.deviantart.com to check it out.  Er..  try not to be surprised by the silliness.  There is...  some silly stuff there.

ALSO!!  New announcement!!

(no it's not new colors..  sorry, I'm stilll way behind on that)

I want to fill up some of my webspace with gorgeous Berserk things..  but I am lazy...  SO the Coppermine gallery on my site is open now.  Just register and then you can create your own gallery folders and upload your gorgeous Berserk colors there.  Unless/until it gets abused everyone is welcome to archive there.  You can remote link to the images you put there too.

Check it out!   http://www.lithrael.com/ig/index.php?cat=1

For example, here is Proj's gallery.  See his work at full size at last!   :guts:

Hehe, I just love how you did the fog. :guts: The characters' colors seem a bit too dim though. I know it's supposed to be like that, but it feels like something's not quite right to me (and I can't find what, of course). Nevertheless, great take on a hard panel.
