Considering they are t-shirts auctioned on Yahoo! Japan, they are most likely fan-made t-shirts. Otherwise they would have been advertised on www.younganimal.com/berserk or at least talked about more on this board.

It would be better with the design where the hand appear in vol 13 and each of the GH member are allocated to the respective finger

Yeah those are definitely fanmade. Any shirts on auction sites especially, you need to be careful of!

The giant giveaway on that shirt is the fact of:
1) the shitty typography and type choice
2) its in english

You can make some pretty sweet shirts with your own Photoshop + iron-on transfers.
