Well, most of the time you see her crying, but I see where your coming from. I think she has so much going through her mind that she is having a nervous breakdown or in shock, leaving her stunned and not putting up a fight.

There can be a big difference between physical reactions and what's going through a person's mind. Things like this are often a big source of problems for some rape victims, because their bodies reacted that way even though mentally they didn't want what happened to them.

Is that why rape victims feel so dirty? because their body reacted in ways of arousal and they didn't want it too? So is that why some girls take muliple showers if they get raped? It happen to my friends sister and she went through the shower thing, but stuff is starting to clear up.

Having never actually been a rape victim myself, I don't really know. But I hear/read a lot of stuff from victims and from crisis centers, counselors, etc. that mention that kind of thing. I guess reactions after the fact are different for everyone, though.

I agree with both those thoughts.

On a second reading, I have to agree with SlimJ's original question. The art does not make Caska's reactions clear. Or, more correctly, it shows a lot of different clear reactions whose overall meaning is just not going to be simple.

It looks to me like she goes through several states of mind and of pain and of arousal through the scene. My interpretation would be that she reacts pleasurably, in confusion, to Femto's four of five seconds of foreplay, then plain 'fucking ow' for a while, and then she goes into shock and her body reacts to the stimulation because the pain is being cancelled out by the state of shock.
