Japanese characters on Firefox

When I view the Yahoo Japan sites, all I get is ?? marks. I know there is a way to somehow change the font to normal Japanese characters, but I'm not sure how it's done. Thanks in advance, I use Foxfire.

As for your question, assuming you have the fonts installed, just go to View, then Character Encoding, and select Japanese.

Assuming they are not installed, use this Guide for help installing the language pack.
Normally the first time you encounter the Japanese characters WinXP will ask if you wish to install the language pack.
If you haven't installed the Japanese characters yet You may get boxes or questionmarks instead.
