Alternate companies to wire AOW

Ok so I need someone other than my bank to wire money to pay for my Femto from AOW. SInce my bank is full of complete fuck heads and cant provide a straight answer on their own services. So is there any 3rd parties that allow you to wire AOW? Someone online maybe?

I know Western Union does money transfers. Pretty expensive I think I really don't know how it works since I've never done it.
