What is the best song to appear in an anime?

I liked
"forces", from berserk
"kizeki no umi" from lodoss,
"fly me to the moon" from eva
"the theme" from hakkenden,
...
a lot of finalfantasy songs
(this should belong to the anime category)


on second thought I like the whole berserk OST. (fear, gattsu, murder...)

except "tHell mEH Y"    :p

That song for The Hakkenden is 'Ame ga Mikka Tsuzuku to' by The Tops. But as the series progressed, it seemed to have been replaced by another song. What a shame :-/

To this date, I still have not heard Berserk anime music.... :p

im surprised no ones mentioned Bebop's OST yet. its one of the best ive heard. i also liked a few select songs from FLCL...
uhh... Berserk....and...uhh...not too many others have songs i really care to listen to over and over again...

I totally go along with ur opinion(favorites of berserk:behelit,gattsu,forces,fear); and i think that it wouldn t be bad if the FF Soundtracks get a little more reputation or respekt even of people who haven t played the Game yet.
Moreover as u mentioned that these tracks should fit into the anime category i am completely with u too.

Just about any from the Akira sound track, especially #1: Kaneda, #2: Battle Against the Clown, #4: Testuo, #7: Mutation, and #8: Exodus from the Underground Fortress

The Cowboy Bebop OST is also cool

well, if you talking about videogame soundtracks..the Crono Cross OST is great. I also liked Lodoss War and Bebop...some of the other animes like Love Hina are kind of annoying but grow on you as you watch the show ( although the opening theme is baaad, as in not good ).

how could anyone forget?!
the whole damn thing kicked ass... i've heard The Real Fold Blues a biiiiit too many times.... however I still like it.
There are some songs in the anime that are not on the OST, and thats a travesty :)

??? ? Sweden and Norway is THE hub of the black/death metal scene! I think that we must produce at least 60% of all the bands in that market...

Not bad for two countries who have in total something like 16 million inhabitants in total...

Gansta rap??? *pth* No, that's not very 'in' here at all... more hiphop I think. But that scene is just in Stockholm and to tell you the truth... I really don't hang with that crowd at all *winks*
