Help with building non-Berserk Models

Hey all. Well, I was in my garage today and found this

It's a model I bought almost 10 years ago and never built. I've decided to give it a shot, but when i looked at the instructions, there's no info on what type of glue/paints to use.
So basically, I'm at a loss. Is there anyone 'round these parts that can offer some advice for a 1st timer like myself

I'm moving your thread to the Merchandise section at least temporarily Proj, because otherwise I'm not sure the competent people would have seen it. I'll put it back in Shootin' the Breeze later if needed.
