That's the "anime special issue" of "Berserk Hand Book". It comapres the anime with the manga (and it doesn't say a lot of nice things about the adaptation, of course ^^; ).
There are 3 "regular issues" of "Berserk Hand Book" as well.

But I'd rather get the two issues of "Berserk Freaks". They're two long interviews of Miura.
