No. It's tech support.

All of my friends that worked tech support have described these same things. It's even worse having to see the people in person. A friend that worked in a hospital would go into a doctors office and they would do the same joke every time.

*opens cd tray* "Hey look a cup holder." Which of course my friend would find fucking coffee in the cd tray then he'd bitch out the doctors for being fucking idiots.

It's funny, but that video is clearly staged. Some would say ... SHOPPED! (I can tell by looking at the pixels).
