I've been trying to find out more about Kentaro Miura and his thoughts on the series, but the only one I have been able to find is the one that was on the anime DVD. Does anyone have links to interviews with Kentaro Miura translated to either English or Spanish?

Most of his interviews haven't been translated into English or any other language (which is regrettable since I find them pretty interesting). There are three and a half on the forum (one's just partial), none of them really recent.
