Yeah it all sounds pretty good to me as well. Night and day, new enemies, new missions, new weapons, a notoriety system... It looks like this time they're adding all the content that was missing from the first game in order to make it legendary.

Actually, the scan quality is quite bad, but the graphics are amazing. The Venice locale is FAR more interesting to me than in AC1.

Looks nice. I still haven't played the 1st one. I don't like the musketeer-look but I understand because of the time period. Definitely have to buy this and the 1st one to see what I've been missing.

Vengeance!
Looks very nice! I'm playing the first right now and badly looking forward to the second part. I only hope the Mission design will be more varied than in the first one.

Well if you read the post at the top of this page, I think your hopes will be reassured.

Re: Assassin's Creed 2

E3 trailer: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-09-assassins-creed/50139

In the Sony conference, we can see the character using the glider, and later on stabbing two people at once with the double hidden blades. There will be more locations than in the first game and more than 30 different weapons in the game (plus six you can unlock by playing the game on the PSP and connecting it to your PS3, no news on the X360 side of things for now).

I didn't play the first game because of the reviews, so i just wanted to ask, will this one still have that shitty sci-fi plot?

It will be a trylogy and the story continues so yes, although I don't really agree with your statement, the story is great in my opinion, the only bad thing about the first one was that the objectives were too repetitive.

Looks like the details are out for what's coming with assassin's creed II's coollector's edition or master assassin's edition as they are calling it. I'm preordering later today at my local gamestop this beautiful bounty of extras. :guts:

That looked amazing, thanks for sharing.

EDIT: Sorry to double post but here's some gameplay. I haven't watched it yet, I'm posting this from my phone while lying in bed, I don't feel like getting up.

Ah, just downloaded A.C. game on XBOX Live. Played a bit, so far so good. Wanna beat it before A.C. 2 comes out.

You'll have no trouble beating it in time. Personally I loved AC and still think of it fondly. It wasn't perfect, but I found it awesome and very well crafted in many ways. I still believe reviewers were unfair with the game when it came out. Hopefully AC2 will be universally recognized as awesome.
