clues to Guts "undead man"

Most people,including me,want happy ending that Guts survives the severe fate but nobody can know except one man in the world.
These days I've been reading vol.14-16 which have Puck's many funny scenes and then an idea hits me. Yeah, this is clue! this is an allusion to Guts "undead man" regardless of Miura's intention.
What's THIS? it's Puck.
Puck's been in the manga from the first
He is the very man(?) who is immortal and Guts' everlasting companion. In this case I make it clear that "immortal" means "nobody would kill him" or "age can't wither him" rather than "can't be killed". ^_ ^a
I think an elf has an eternal life anyway.
(but Miura said "An elf can't have a long life" in the interview in 1998. I wish he did change his mind)
So I guess Puck can be a clue that implies Guts won't die.
Think about it.
If Guts dies, who'll be Puck's companion?
So simply Puck loses his companion Guts? Yeah it could be.
I'd thought if every characters died, Puck could be an witness in the end.
but I'd like to take the existence of Puck should be a clue or allusion though this might not make sense at all. :p
and I want many of your guesses which can be a clue to our hero's survival.
No logic for this. just a feeling like mine. that's all.
What can be your clues?

We don't know exactly even including Guts what his dream is.
So that may be another clue or reason Guts shouldn't die in the end. ::)

yeah that might be right but still there is theresia spooking in my head.
i am afraid that when everything looks like a happy end(Guts gets his own true dream,and is free of everything)theresia will appear....*g*

I think Guts have to live till the end, coz his death wouldn't be the more tragic Miura could create, and people knows Guts is driven by sad fate. I'd more see a cure of Caska which finally 'd end horribly ( her death, another rape, a-what-again-could-Miura-terrifying-do ) But i'd see Puck till the end like you Puella , i feel Rickert 'll make an important thing Griffith-related ( and no Caska abusing, like others say )

I think Guts wants to be with Casca. If you find true love usually you don't want for anything else. I don't think that's his mindset now however. His mind set reminds me of this Marilyn Manson song "The Fight Song" with this nice little lyric:

Sometimes I get that song in my head when I see him. I think Guts will live. That's his main thing. Staying alive no matter how bad things get. Of course there are things worse than death. :'(

and that 'Maryline Monroe + Charlie Manson' singer is like
a skinhead female singer "Sinnard Oc'coner(totally don't know exactly :'()" who came from Ireland though Manson is more grotesque.

*grins* I'm thirty... lots of gray hairs (no kiddin' I take after my father)... but there's always the blessing of hair color!

What the hell? I'd already turned 31! >:(
and I'll be 32 in February! I can't even remeber what I was when turned 25!!
All I can say is I just found my LAST black hair!

and Fish, come over here, I'll give you some arthritis pills which I always keep. I can't even walk without them. :'(

i had my first "white hair" when i was 15 ^_^;;
ack, must be genetic or something. although i've had a friend who has crap loads of gray hair at age of 18 (pft overachiever)
