Aviary Tools: A free Photoshop?

So you might have noticed I'm pretty into photoshop...

Anyone ever heard of the Aviary tools that are currently being developed?

It seems to be a variety of applications but among them is what appears to be a very capable image editing program. Check out the blog for examples of it in action.
Anyway it might be something worth keeping an eye on, since it claims it's gonna be free.

Looks interesting, i'll have to check it out when it's out.
