I stumbled upon this website and found that they had a Berserk Schierke Action Figure. Ordered it and nothing came, wrote to them a bunch of times and heard nothing back. Does anyone know anything about this site? or did anyone else try to get the figure from here?

Never heard of them. If the problem isn't resolved, do a credit card chargeback. I think you have 60 days to do so, not sure. Make sure you save proofs that you made the effort to resolve the matter with the seller. Sorry about your trouble.
