Comic book templates?

I was wondering if anyone knew if or where comic book template programs were available. Do they even exist as say, an industry standard?

Well, I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but programs like Comic and Manga Studio let you make comics on your computer. You can basically create your own templates, which I would say is a little more convenient. Actually, I've been meaning to get a free trial of one or the other, myself.

If not, I know there are some templates available in artist stores. Like blank pages but with a template on it which is more traditional (like American comics).
