Well it doesn't try to explain the origins of mankind. Just tells the story of mole people with magical powers.

Sounds mildly interesting.

@R4E: More like Elfen Lied (it's a manga if you were not aware) than Scientology, since it tells of an intelligent species capable of destroying the human race and not of our origins.

Elfen Lied didn't really focus on the Diclonius as a race, so much as the persecution of one unique individual and those related to her.
