charisma, mercy, thoughtful care for women, good fighting skill, love for flower ^^;; and even a certain gloominess.
I think he surely has a deep voice which fascinates me and I can even feel sad look of his eyes(empty sockets, more exactly )

Ok, that was a bit meager of me... allow me to elaborate a little on why Judeau is the sexiest man I have seen in Berserk (so far).

From the top:

Hair: looks clean and soft, done up in a ponytail = *rowr*
Eyes: Puppy-dog style but with a humourous glint.
Nose: Cute, and freckles: Kyoot.
Smile: Easy, infectuous (sp?) and sweet, when it is not silly - then it is even more infectuous. (He also appears to still have all his teeth, don't laugh - this is an important point in a world with no toothpaste or floss.)
No beard is a plus point in my book.
Chest: Nicely V-shaped and well built without being overly so.
Narrow hips, cute butt, shapely legs.

Personality-wise (yes, it matters greatly in sexiness.):
Laidback, social and optimistic, but can still be serious if the situation calls for it.
Good listener, smooth talker (HUGE plus points with me.)

And finally: the way he carries himself. Confident, but without any loss of fluidity... if that makes any sense.
...As my acting-tutor would put it: Relaxed open-center.
