I agree -- tickle me intrigued as well. It's so refreshing to see a diorama over the typical Guts action shot (as epic as they can be, they've been getting a bit old lately.) I know right off the bat I won't be able to afford this, but I am looking forward to seeing more photos!

I first read it online as I was overwhelmed with how many volumes there were to collect -- and as a full time University student at the time, it was a lot of money to drop on books that weren't for my classes. However, I managed to luck out one year and found someone selling Volumes 1-16 for 5...

Thanks for the podcast guys! Overall you basically hit the nail on the head and I'm surprised you didn't discuss the animation or music choices, though I suspect it was to save on the run-time. Personally I went into this as a very eager Berserk fan just excited for new material to be animated...
