I was wondering when Femto was incarnated into Griffith again, is the new Griffith good. Is he not evil like the god's hand, or is he still an evil being in a human form. Is this human form just an illusion that people in the physical form see or an actual human. Also are the God's Hand creatures of heaven (God) or hell (Satan)?

There is no direct parallel between the heaven or hell in our world's religion and the Berserk world, and certainly nothing as specific as Satan. The God Hand are evil beings who serve the will of the Idea of Evil (they are that god's hand).
"The new Griffith" is merely Femto's astral body stuffed inside a physical body. That process didn't suddenly make him good. He's putting on a show to rally humans around him (very effectively!) so that he can further his and the God Hand's plans. That includes manipulating Ganishka to create the state of the world as Fantasia so that he could become the ruler over remaining humans.
