That's why I'm so damn exited about the things that await the group in Elfhelm...and that's what remebers me of the fact that we have to wait two months for he next chapter. -_-" Which most likely is the start of a long Storyline that takes place in Vritanis...bye bye Elfhelm, we'll see you in vol 30...*sigh* Waiting is torture...

I could always email you when Guts and Griffith have their final battle cumshot? ;)

Seriously, why is anyone looking forward to Elfhelm more than anything else? Especially considering Vritannis is going to be full of hordes of Ganishka worshippers tearing people to pieces. Isn't anyone a little curious about how Guts is going to deal with this (Dragon Slayer aside)? Helfhelm is so far away, I'm not even interested yet. It might be a break in the story, a time for reflection, the curing of Casca(!okay, that's interesting!), a great battle, a burned out shell; I don't know, it'll happen when it happens but I honestly wouldn't trade the things that are going to lead up to it to see it a day sooner.

Also, I think Serpico is a lot more interesting and complicated than you give him credit. He might be the most realisitc character in the series; his parts are greater than the sum you see most of the time. He's not Farnese's dog, he's her rabbit, actually. =) But he chooses to be, he's not a weak person, what he's doing requires stength and sacrifice beyond my imagination. One that isn't recognized I might add, much like Guts. And just wait until he gets fucked up protecting the group from a berserk Guts, the Behelit rolls his way, he sacrifices Farnese and then attacks Guts in Beast-Serpico form! Or not, whatever. ;D

And I respect asmer for searching for the best answers rather than just making arbitrary stands and statements like the rest of us. :)

I have to admit I'm rather looking forward to Elfhelm as well, even if Caska is cured (which she probably will be, but if she wasn't I wouldn't be overly surprised) it will probably be the start to alot of new things moreso than their time in Vritannis.

Don't get me wrong of course I still look forward to this era, more action and new enemys to come yet but still I think Elfhelm is when is when big changes will happen.

Well, the things that are coming soon (ha! soon! ::) ) will be interesting yes, and I'm awating them eagerly too, but to me Elfhelm is more promising, I expect more BOOM WOAH CHACKA CHACKA, big revealings and so on...
BTW: I have not the smallest bit of patience when it comes to certain things...

Hm, you made some good points there. If I see it this way you're right...
(Don't be fooled, I'm still the same stubborn bastard. :D )

Never ever going to happen, imo. :D

Good, but some of his questions seem more than a little bit weird to mee...they seem too rethorical. So why don't make a statement rather than asking some rethorical questions. ???

serpico is frickin' awsome ...

what is that stick in guts' "bag" ? ... take your time coming up with something funny to say ie: its the dildo he used on your mom, it's a plunger handle he has constantly because of the massive craps you take out of your mouth, guts is a big whiffle ball fan, left over evidence from the rodney king beating, etc... but then, tell me what it is!!!

Can anyone on this Earth direct link Episode 243 to a website not containing porn? I'm on a government computer that automatically blocks out porn sites or sites with porn names in them. This sucks!!! :'(

P.S. My home computer doesn't work, and there are no internet cafes in South Carolina. :-\

I say whip it. Whip it good!
The ship on pgs 16-17 is really great. I love the Ganishka teeth and the cannons in the eyeballs. I think if I was a sailor and saw that through a telescope I would shit my pants.

The sticks come from Volume 24 when Guts begins to teach Isidiro(sp) swordsmanship. They both have sticks, and Guts gives Isidiro a good whop upside the head. That's why Isidiro has been getting better at fighting. 8)

You see, you posted so much stupid shit around it, I honestly didn't even know you were really asking a serious question. Meditate on this, Psymont. ;)

(psymont floats down from meditating position)

neo flux asked the same question and got a "history of guts' bag" ... he was asking about the stick! (obviously) ... he never got a definite answer ... i figured i would take ridiculous amounts of shit for asking the same thing and thought i would get most of it out of the way ... and after an admin fit, i know, and it was WORTH IT!!!!!

ignorance of the law may not be an excuse but ignorant law is...

:p

Never underestimate the power of blunt trauma to develop fighting skills. Is Guts going to use Donavan's special training to awaken the Beast in Isidro as well?

Oh, and I was way off in my earlier prediction, oh well.

Yes. Under the condition to bring Casca to a safe place first...before that he didn't care about what Casca was going through, an that he left her alone, now he does. So what's his main goal after all? Taking revenge, right?

I don't think Guts had ever came to the point of not caring for Caska whatsoever. Why would he be so concerned about her and come back? At the most, he just wasn't thinking at all. Guts is very naive due to his lack of close friends/how he was raised up and didn't at all know how to deal with Caska's condition and the current situation. He just went on his merry way with the only thing he knows what to do...which is to fight.
