If you mean as far as him fighting things with the sword, obviously not; but I have a feeling you mean actually seeing blood as a result of his attacks on an enemy; and I can't recall every bit of blood/gore from every single panel, but I'm sure there have been other instances where his sword has drawn blood rather than just slash straight through an enemy.Jhot obs said:And this may be a naive question, but is this the first time Serpico draws blood from something using his magic sword? I can't recollect him doing that against the trolls, crocodiles, Kushan castors or the dakas.
Heh, I guess many of us here can share that sentiment.Tell Me Why said:Finally! Been waiting for a new episode for what seems like years.
Yeah, I was referring to seeing Serpico use his magic sword to make some monster bleed. I should have rephrased it better; it just caught me by surprise to see Serpico bloody up a monster with that sword as opposed to having its head fall off without leaving any stains like he usually does.Aazealh said:EDIT: If you just mean blood flowing after he cuts something, it happened when he severed the Kelpie's tongue.
Thanks again for the extra Xmas present, Aaz! You do so much for so little in return.Aazealh said:Well guys, looks like the episode is out.
Nothing much happens as we expected, the group fights the familiars, Serpico and Isidro both do wonderfully and Roderick even helps a bit, although Schierke has to save the ever useless Magnifico. Farnese is as effective as usual with her snakes. Guts has some trouble with the Makara and has to resist the temptation of the Beast, but he eventually triumphs and gives it an old school arm cannon coup de grace, sliding down the monster's trunk and joining the others with a spectacular jump in order to fight the few enemies left.
