I suppose it was time to introduce myself properly.

Hello! I'm Enoch! I'm a 31 year old female and I recently discovered Berserk back in January of this year-- due in part to the 1997 anime, which I'm sure isn't unusual as an introduction to the series for most people. I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did.

When I finished, I threw myself into the manga instantly. I'm not fully caught up with the manga yet but I don't mind spoilers -- I think I actually know a lot of the really big plot twists already thanks to absorbing knowledge from around the fandom during the last few months.

Still regardless, it has been an enjoyable journey to read. I found out about this site offhandedly and decided that I should try to get more involved with the fandom through discussions and what not. I hope I can find a place here and surround myself with people of similar interests! Thank you in advance!

Also since I'm sure someone will ask... my username is NOT a reference to Enoch Village. I've had this username long before I discovered Berserk but I still see it as a silly coincidence.
 
Welcome! Sorry for the spoilers We don’t tend to hold back here, because other than reading Berserk, talking about it with other fans is the next best thing.

And if you’ve only just registered you might not have known that we have a fairly active chat room, accessible at the bottom of the main page (or in the navigation menu at the top). Hop in, there’s usually a few people in there and more gather when they see people are active.

Oh I truly don't mind spoilers in the least bit! But I appreciate your concern regardless. It means a lot to me.

Also thank you for informing me about the chat room! I will have to check it out very soon!
