Im a bit confused on whats happened to Griffith at the 2nd eclipse. Griffiths been reborn as a human? Or has his son simply taken his form? Or are there 2 Griffiths now, one being Femto? Please Help!

I think that it is Femto taking possession of the baby demon's body. Someone in one of the volumes before it says that every so often a God Hand can come to Earth (as opposed to being summoned by a behelit) in a tangible form.

Just think of Guts' and Caska's demonic baby as the physical, human host for Griffith.
