How realistic is Berserk's description of Trauma and Sexual Assault(and overcoming it)?

Wounds segment is one of the best segments of the story. I wanted to know, how realistic is the description of Sexual assault and Trauma is in Berserk.
Berserk, at the end is a fictional work. Themes of Trauma and SA echoes throughout Berserk and is intricately written by the Miura.

Berserk is a fantasy story and it doesn't aim to be clinically accurate, so I think it's more pertinent to ask whether it gets the feel/impact right. And I think it does. Moreover, I'm no expert but Guts having a sudden recollection of his abuse and bursting into tears is similar to real cases of sexual abuse trauma I know of.
