It's fake. You can tell at a glance, but to prove it out, it's (poorly) based on an illustration by Miura, which is also featured in the TCG:

Agreed. But the people selling these items are often successful because they're marketing them as authentic. So buyers aren't scrutinizing them, and as a result they might not realize just how bad a representation of Miura's art it really is. But when you're asked to scrutinize it, yeah, you can immediately see.
