Well, if anything this new series has made me want to go back and watch the original GITS again. It's been about a decade or so since I gave it a serious rewatch.

I'd rather re-read the manga. Haven't done so in 10 years either!

I liked that ripped off arm on first trailer around 0:53 ,but yeah ,not still sure about this whole project. There's also a manga about this new project if I'm not mistaken.

Sorry to revive a really old thread but I've been gone for quite a while. I'm really surprised to see so many people turned off originally by the soundtrack because Cornelius is really well established. Not that Yoko Kanno isn't amazing in her own right as well. I'm kinda wondering, those of you who were hesitant but ended up watching the show, did your minds change about the soundtrack afterwards or no?
