Think he means the "10 recent posts" link on the main page of the board...I was going to ask this as well

Oh that 'ol thing. A few weeks ago I got an email from the server that said my BBS was causing massive server lag due to too many text parsings (basically that it has to cull all the posts and systematically find which posts are new, which takes server time). He stepped in and showed me who really owns the place . . . Stripped the BBS of a few features. Nothin I could do.
