Most efficient Apostle method?

Here's a really gruesome topic for all you Apostle fans:


What, in your opinion, is the most "efficient" use of the human carcass/life in the creation of an Apostle/demonic creature?

So far we've seen:

Roshinu and her army of kiddie man-eating faires (one kid= one fairy)

The trolls and their S&M reproduction method (1 woman= 3-5 trolls)

The Kushans and the "Dip and Rip" method (1 woman= 1 demon soldier)

The God Hand and their "pray for Power" method (1 behelit, 1 despairing soul, at least 1 member for sacrifice = 1 Apostle)

The Mandragora method (in the game) (1 mandragora plant, 1 victim = 1 possessed Mangragora spawn)

The Griffith "reborn" method (1 God Hand, 1 unwilling woman, 1 demon baby, 1 behelit apostle, 1 behelit, and 1+ additional victims = 1 "reincarnated God Hand" )

The Beherit Apostle's method (1 human + 1 naughty tentacle strike = demi-apostle)

The Slug Count's method (1 human + ingesting one fugly slug thing = demi-apostle)

probably the godhand verison due to the power we've seen of their apostles.

Don't forget Wyald's basic rip and tear method. That monster he turned into as an apostle form was certainly a challenge to Guts and co. I'd have to say the Godhand method.
